We look forward to staying with you in the future and recommend the Sagamore to friends.
The hotel is charming, the room spacious and comfortable, the ally way view a negative and the difference between our 9 and a 10. As we had but a few hours of daylight room time, it was not a major factor in the rating. The Monday morning breckfast staff, cook and waitress superb, they made the stay a memorable experieince.

Hotel with a great location and great staff
Location is great - right by the beach. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast and lunch were very good. Beds are very comfortable. Facility is clean. This is our second stay and would stay again
Wifi is not he best. There were issues with the TV reception. There is noise that is outside the hotel that last till 3AM

What was the highlight of The Sagamore Hotel South Beach
Excellent Service and Location but an Unexpected Extra Cost
The staff at The Sagamore are exceptional! From Vic at the outside pool bar to Saheem, Cyrus and Willie on the beach. They made our stay and time on the beach exceptional! The drinks were great the salads and pizza were good and fresh. The suites were clean and very comfortable.
The suites were misrepresented. I booked a suite for three of us with two full beds and a pull-out sofa. When we got to our suite it was small and overlooked an ugly rooftop. No where on the hotel website did it say that the only rooms that are garden view or beach view are rooms with a king bed and a pull-out sofa. We ended up having to book a second room for another $1,100.00 to be able to have a garden/pool view and I had to pay an additional $160.00 to upgrade the existing reservation to a garden/pool view. This was an added expense that none of us expected to incur but we were there to celebrate one of our birthdays and we didn't spend the money we spent to fly to Miami to look at another hotels roof-top. So be forewarned.
